This guy attracted 8,000 twitter associates in 14 weeks following a very simple common sense approach.
His approach is very refreshing and reminds me of advice my father gave me a long time ago. Dad always use to say “People don’t care how much you know, until they know how much you care.” I think Jim has applied a version of this to his Twitter strategy for attracting associates. I’d be willing to bet it’s part of his overall marketing strategy and a reason he is very successful as well.
