Law of Attraction? What a load of %$*#! (Part 1)

By David Cooper | July 5, 2008

“Law of Attraction?  What a load of %$*#!”

That’s basically the response I got today at a 4th of July cookout I attended with some friends.  I have a friend, he’s a nice guy, but he is also one of the most pompous people on the planet.  He thinks the Law of Attraction is a load of %$*#.  My rebuttal to him consisted of several points that I’m going to blog about today.

First of all, whether you believe that there are some unknown energies at work in our universe that can help you attain health, happiness, and wealth, or like my friend you think it’s all a load of %$*#, the guiding principles that the law of attraction is based on can help see you through many of the highs and lows that are a part of your everyday existence has an affiliate marketer.

Let me explain what the law of attraction is.  The law of attraction is a theory that states whatever you think about on a regular basis becomes attracted to you like a magnet in a tack factory.  For example, if you have a rotten attitude about things, bad things will happen to you.

Well, the more bad things that happen to you, the more negative your attitude usually becomes.  The opposite of this is also true.  People who seem to be upbeat and have a more positive outlook seem to attract more good things into their life.

Now, because they have all these good things happening to them, their attitude seems to stay positive and even more nice things seem to continue to enter their life.  So, if you look at the law of attraction from this very simple and logical viewpoint, it makes sense.

Now if you are like my friend and you’re an eternal skeptic, and you have no use for words like karma or being able to attract things with your thoughts, then you might need to take a look at the law of attraction a little more logically.  I believe that people that have a positive outlook and exude a positive attitude actually have less fear in their life.

Fear is a crippling factor to your Affiliate Marketing Success!

Tomorrow we are going to take a look a little more closely at fear and how you can defeat it!
